Custom Order Request Form

1. Please fill out the form below. Share your vision, be descriptive as possible. You can also send reference photos to info@lorekicks.com

2. We'll contact you so that we may discuss your custom design and the best base shoe to use. You have the option to purchase the shoes and mail them to us or we can purchase the shoes on your behalf at retail cost.

3. Once you have approved the design mock up, we can send you an invoice. Payment can be made via PayPal.

4. After payment has been received, we cook up the magic. We will provide confirmation of shipping along with tracking information.
